Kreuzk\u00fcmmel<br \/>\n1 TL Balsamico<\/p>\n<p>Die Butter in einem Topf schmelzen. Zwiebeln und M\u00f6hrenraspel unter R\u00fchren darin anschmoren. Mit Br\u00fche, Milch und Sahne aufgie\u00dfen und mit Anis und Kreuzk\u00fcmmel w\u00fcrzen. Auf kleiner Flamme das Gem\u00fcse ca. 20 Min. weichkochen, dann im Topf mit dem P\u00fcrierstab cremig p\u00fcrieren. Mit Zucker, Balsamico, Salz und Pfeffer leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich abschmecken.
